Bency has over 15 years of Experience in Consulting, Development, Implementation and Managed services. He has expertise in managing banking operations with a key focus on optimal utilization of resources and implementing the Core Banking Package software in multiple banks across the globe. At Modus, Bency leads the Delivery, Client engagements, Pre-Sales and Overall revenue for the Banking Business Unit. He has a B.tech in Electrical& Electronics Engineering and he started his career as a software developer. Prior to joining Modus he was part of Oracle Financial Services and IBM India and he handled the Implementation, Consulting, and Managed services. He comes with strong technical and functional knowledge in Banking. Bency has experience in Product Development, Consulting, Support of various versions of FLEXCUBE and related Oracle Banking products such as OBCL. Bency is also a certified Scrum Master with multiple certifications across diff technologies and in Banking Domain..
